To demonstrate, Windows On-Screen Keyboard is used to enter the hot-keys.


To open/close On-Screen Keyboard, type the keys combination:
Win + Ctrl + O

To enter special characters or emojis:
- Open emoji keyboard panel: type:
Win  + . (period)
